Operating Rules
1. All trains must come to a full stop under the
following circumstances:
Whenever changing direction
When waiting for turnouts to throw
During alignment of block and/or cab rotary
selection controls
2. Throttles are equipped with walk around
memory. Do not unplug cabs unless ample time and distance have been
allotted to regain control of the train.
3. Trains shall have the following call
priority:
Class 1 - Passenger, mail and Express
Class 2 - Through and Bridge freight
Class 3 - Local Drill
Class 4 - MoW and special movements
